Peak Reviews and its service providers are not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier in connection with SMS communications.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel SMS communications from Peak Reviews at any time. To opt out simply reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. Upon receiving your STOP request you will receive one final confirmation message confirming your unsubscription. No further messages will be sent after that confirmation. Please note that opting out of SMS communications does not delete your account or affect any existing service relationship with Peak Reviews.

6. Consent Requirements

Peak Reviews is not liable for any delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages due to circumstances outside of our reasonable control including carrier network issues, technical failures, or incorrect phone numbers.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Peak Reviews shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your receipt of or inability to receive SMS communications from us. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Peak Reviews in the three months preceding the claim, if any.

12. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is collected, used, and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By agreeing to these Terms you also acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy.

Your continued opt-in status after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any changes you may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP.
